Marani company offers Marani units Generation<\/a>which are capable of generating electricity in the power range from 10 kWe to 500 kWe and heat-driven jet cooling systems reaching up to 200 kW of cooling capacity.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gyms Marani ORC<\/a> can be combined with a diesel engine, which works, for example, as a drive for an electric generator or to drive other machines or processes. The exhaust gas from the engine, which is a carrier of heat energy in this process and also a waste product, can be used as a heat source for ORC plant<\/a>. Marani offers comprehensive solutions for the recovery of heat from flue gases using high-temperature installations operating with an intermediate loop of thermal oil. A configuration with direct evaporation of the working medium is also possible.<\/p>\n

The heat stream received is converted into electricity, either fed back into the grid or consumed for own use. An additional advantage is the possibility of cogeneration operation and the additional production of useful heat.<\/p>\n

The use of MARANI ORC technology in the recovery of waste heat from diesel engine exhaust gases increases the energy efficiency of the system and allows additional profits to be derived from electricity production.<\/p>\n

The exhaust gas from the diesel engine can also be used to drive the refrigeration systems<\/a> MARANI. In the case of a high-temperature heat source, it is possible to obtain a higher COP of cooling systems than in the case of low-temperature sources. It is also possible to utilise the low-temperature heat from the oil system of the above-mentioned diesel engine, which makes it possible to use both MARANI solutions cooperating with one heat source.<\/p>\n

The cooling capacity can be used for standard cooling with chilled medium parameters of 6o<\/sup><\/span>C\/12o<\/sup><\/span>C or high-temperature cooling, e.g. 16o<\/sup><\/span>C\/19o<\/sup><\/span>C. This temperature can be customised, which can also have a positive impact on the performance of the chiller.<\/p>\n

The use of the above technology also increases the efficiency of the plant by utilising waste heat, as well as enabling additional savings by, for example, replacing traditional energy-intensive air conditioning systems.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
