In addition, the implementation of the innovative technology will have an impact on building the company's competitive advantage and improving its situation on the market.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">The material and financial schedule of the project includes fixed assets such as: construction of a production hall, shot-blasting chamber, painting chamber, overhead cranes, process line equipment, electric pallet truck, pallet trucks, forklift, computer equipment, software, testing stand, additional equipment of the production line, which are necessary to create an appropriate technological line to start the production of innovative products.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">The audience for the product can be divided into two groups. The first is made up of electricity and heat producers using the conventional method, where waste heat is present in the electricity generation process and which, when exported to an ORC micro-grid, can increase the electrical efficiency of the entire system. The project envisages the analysis of technological data from the compressor plant system using machine learning and deep learning techniques. Expenditure under the project mainly includes the purchase of IT equipment together with software to provide the right infrastructure to meet the technical requirements of the artificial intelligence solutions to be implemented.<\/p><p><b>Planned outcomes of the project<\/b> are:<\/p><ul><li><b>increasing the level of digitisation and automation<\/b> in the company through the introduction of a solution based on predictive models, enabling the precise prediction of demand for the supply of technical gases - compressed air and nitrogen - and the automation of their supply process; this solution will optimise the operation of the compressor system and will have a direct impact on the efficiency of the production processes of the Company's customers;<\/li><li><b>increasing the level of cyber security<\/b> in the company allowing full control over the Company's IT infrastructure, which will indirectly minimise the risk of disruption to the technological data transmission process;<\/li><li><b>improving energy efficiency <\/b>by guaranteeing the actual energy intensity of the supply of technical gases - compressed air and nitrogen - i.e. a guarantee not to exceed the agreed level of electricity (kW) when producing a unit of compressed air (m3).<\/li><\/ul><p>Thanks to the implementation of the project, the Company will strengthen its competitive position as a supplier of compressed air and, at the same time, may facilitate the reduction of production costs for its customers by improving energy efficiency. The construction and testing of two ORC microgeneration plants is expected to result in a Polish solution for generating electricity from waste heat commonly found in technological processes, which will lead to a reduction in the energy intensity of production.
