In terms of repairs :
- we repair equipment and systems after the manufacturer's warranty period by providing a post-repair warranty under the standard service system
- during the guarantee period, we repair the customer's equipment for which we have provided a guarantee in the equipment sales contract in place of the manufacturer
- repair screw compressors under signed service contracts for maintenance and upkeep
In terms of service , maintenance and upkeep:
- we take over the service management of compressor stations, blowers and associated equipment and are fully responsible to the customer for their operational reliability
- we provide a full service of maintenance, upkeep and compressor repairs with 24-HOT LINE notification, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with guaranteed arrival time at the customer's premises
- we provide a standard service with a response time of up to 48 hours after notification
We provide our customers with knowledge, experience of the required technical and technological changes by carrying out measurements and technical studies, change projects, relocation tasks and modifications to the existing compressed air supply system to ensure maximum cost savings and system reliability.
