We are proud to announce that during the 3rd edition of the Science for Society Congress, Marani received an award for implementing Poland's first 300 kW ORC power plant.
This prestigious event, bringing together the scientific and industrial communities, took place on 25-26.05.2025 and brought together experts, scientists and innovators from across the country. The jury appreciated our project for its innovation, real impact on the development of renewable energy technologies and contribution to Poland's energy transition.
The ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) power plant we implemented at Zakłady Chemiczne Rudniki S.A. , is based on a patented technology for the conversion of waste heat into electricity. Our solution, with a capacity of 300 kW, is the first implementation of its kind in the country and demonstrates that Polish technological thought can successfully compete in the market for modern, environmentally friendly energy sources.
This award is a great motivation for us to continue developing and seeking innovative solutions in the field of energy. We would like to thank all the partners who co-created this project and the Congress organisers for recognising our potential.
